We made a

Oh well.

Superfloous is an independent game studio. We make small games that are over quickly, funny immediately, and ask nothing else of you.

The idea

Games as a good afternoon

Somewhere along the way, mobile games stopped being things you played and started being things you maintained. Energy meters. Daily streaks. A shop wearing a hat and pretending to be a menu.

We wanted to go back to the other thing: a game you open, play, laugh at, and close. Complete in ninety seconds. Complete again tomorrow, if you feel like it. Nothing expires while you're away.

The taste

Loud, soft, and ridiculous

Our first game is a demolition derby made of ice cream, narrated by a blown-out fairground announcer who is far more interested in collapses than in winners. Our second is about a paternal slow sea cow.

Not trying to be big. Just trying to have fun.
